March in Lake Chelan is for foodies and wine lovers! Taste Chelan is taking over the valley every Saturday this month, bringing you delicious pairings at wineries and restaurants throughout Lake Chelan. And guess what? Diffraction is in on the fun!

There are 4 tracks to choose from, and we’re on Track 4—check out the delicious pairings along our route:

 Wapato Point Cellars – Enjoy a Mushroom Duxelles Flatbread with arugula, fig glaze, and truffle oil, paired with their 2020 Pinot Noir from the Lake Chelan AVA.

 Navarre Coulee Vineyards – Savor a Wood-Fired Mini Pizza Bite topped with rich pesto, creamy goat cheese, and sweet apricot jam, perfectly paired with The Kidd, their newly released Pinot Noir.

 Vibe Cellars + Acre & Bay Eatery – Indulge in Acre & Bay’s signature Tiramisu, a dreamy blend of espresso-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cream, paired with Vibe Cellars’ Voodoo Red Blend.

 Diffraction Wine – We’re keeping it fun with creamy Tillamook ice cream paired with a taste of Diffraction Wine– because wine and dessert deserve to be best friends!
